Certified Business Enterprise (CBE) establishment to receive preference for procurement opportunities in D.C.  We take you through the process of establishing your CBE, starting by identifying which form or classification of CBE applies to your organization. We then provide a customized roadmap for generating all required documentation to submit your application before scheduling site visits and DSLBD interviews.
